Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Late shift duties as assigned to support department needs
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology (IR Tech) experience ARRT certification required IEMA Radiology license required Active ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications Experience with Interventional Neurology preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and withhold contrast and treatment as clinically appropriate Thoroughly assess patients for allergies and contraindications Perform a variety of vascular and venous procedures, including peripheral vascular work and central line placement Conduct tube changes, embolization (venous and arterial), and venous thrombectomy procedures Manage tube access and changes for G-tubes, cholecystostomy, nephrostomy, biliary, abscess drains, and suprapubic catheters Handle neuro-interventional procedures (ideal), such as cerebral arterial/venous interventions and kyphoplasty Support dialysis access procedures, including AV fistulas and tunneled/peritoneal dialysis catheters Flexibly adapt to late shift assignments per departmental requirements
