This opportunity offers flexibility for physicians seeking a traditional OB/GYN practice with deliveries, as well as those interested in providing outpatient gynecologic and women's health services only . Whether you are an experienced physician or a graduating resident, this organization provides a supportive environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Highlights Full-time employed position Practice locations available in: Elgin, Illinois Streamwood, Illinois Flexible practice model: Outpatient OB/GYN services only Traditional OB/GYN practice including obstetrics and deliveries Established patient base with strong referral network Collaborative multidisciplinary care team Modern clinical facilities and support staff Opportunity to help shape and grow women's health services Responsibilities Depending on your preferred practice model, responsibilities may include:

Outpatient OB/GYN Option:

Provide comprehensive gynecologic and women's healthcare services Conduct annual wellness exams and preventive care visits Diagnose and manage acute and chronic gynecologic conditions Perform office-based procedures as appropriate Educate patients on reproductive health and preventive care

Traditional OB/GYN Option:

All outpatient responsibilities listed above Prenatal and postpartum care Labor and delivery coverage Hospital-based obstetrical services Surgical gynecology procedures as applicable

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for or currently holding an Illinois medical license Strong commitment to patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
