Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Cases:

Level IV Trauma, Low Volume ER. Annual volume ~25,000; treatment rooms: 7; behavioral health rooms: 2; trauma rooms: 2; observation/admit rooms: 4. Single coverage 3a-7a, additional coverage with mix of mid-level providers and physicians Prefer EM trained and BC, but will accept

FP/IM Requirements:

Active IN License, CSR, & DEA.

Credentialing:

60-90
