Job Responsibilities:

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized recovery plans for MINORS with SPMI (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD). Provide hybrid services (50% remote/50% on-site):

In-Person:

Skill-building sessions (medication management, employment coaching, social skills).

Virtual:

Telehealth check-ins and crisis support via secure platforms. Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers to coordinate care. Document progress in compliance with state PRP regulations . Facilitate group workshops (e.g., WRAP plans, stress management).

Qualifications:

Required:

Active CFRP Certification (or eligibility to obtain within 3 months). Bachelor's/Master's in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling . 1+ years of PRP, case management, or behavioral health experience . Reliable transportation for community visits .

Preferred:

Bilingual (Spanish/English). Must have experience working as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Specialist. Experience with trauma-informed care and EHR systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

$25-$40/hour (Negotiable based on experience + bonuses for client outcomes).

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Family Resiliency Practitioner (CFRP) to join our

PRP Minor Program Qualifications:

Would require a specific CFRP certification or documented training and experience in child and family resiliency models.

Experience:

: Experience providing family therapy interventions or family skills training . Knowledge of child development milestones and age-appropriate interventions. Training in trauma-informed care for children and families (e.g., Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Child-Parent Psychotherapy models). Experience working with very young children and their parents might be required.

Essential Duties:

Conducting family assessments to identify strengths, stressors, and resiliency factors. Developing Family Resiliency Plans that include goals for parents/caregivers and the child. Coaching parents on effective communication, discipline, and support strategies. Teaching children and families coping skills together to improve the home environment.
