Job Description

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a Physician Associate to join a collaborative surgical team consisting of three experienced PAs and seven surgeons providing general, bariatric, colorectal, and surgical oncology services. Responsibilities include first assisting in the operating room, managing daily inpatient rounds, providing postoperative care, and conducting outpatient follow-up visits. Weekday call is shared equally among the four Physician Associates, with no weekend or holiday call requirements , supporting an excellent work-life balance. Must be NCCPA certified and licensed to practice in the State of Maine, or immediately eligible for the same.

Compensation Information:
$125,000 - $133,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity. The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.
