Position Highlights Established practice with a loyal patient population 100% outpatient primary care Full patient panel Collaborative team environment with physician and NP/PA support On-site services may include laboratory, imaging, and rehabilitation Shared call schedule with other physicians Practice location may qualify for national student loan repayment programs Emphasis on quality care, professional development, and work-life balance Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using appropriate medical judgment and evidence-based practices Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Coordinate patient care, including referrals, follow-up, and care transitions Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and cost-effective care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets regulatory and payer requirements Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation and call coverage as needed Engage in academic, educational, or research activities as requested Requirements Certifications & Licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Primary Care specialty Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Required Education Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
