Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care, including prenatal visits, gynecologic exams, and procedures Manage labor and delivery, including vaginal and cesarean births Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures in the OR as credentialed Provide call coverage for OB/GYN patients as scheduled Collaborate with nurses, mid-level providers, and hospital staff to coordinate patient care Document all patient encounters, procedures, and follow-up in the medical record accurately and timely Adhere to hospital, clinic, and regulatory policies and quality standards Communicate clearly with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care Required Skills Obstetrics and gynecology clinical care Labor and delivery management Cesarean section and operative obstetrics Gynecologic surgery and procedures Fetal monitoring and interpretation Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Emergency OB management (e.g., PPH, shoulder dystocia) Patient counseling and informed consent Interdisciplinary team collaboration Regulatory and hospital policy compliance
