- Manageable patient volume of 12-18 PPD, allowing for personalized, relationship-based care

Package:
- $300K+ guaranteed evergreen base salary w/ 3% annual increases, independent of productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
- PSLF
- 52 days off, including vacation, sick leave, personal time, & federal/tribal holidays
- Convert unused sick leave into additional compensation of up to $20
