+ Minimum 2 years' experience required working inpatient care + must be board certified in internal medicine + 100% inpatient care + 7 on/7 off + 7am-7pm
+ Participate in teaching lectures and didactics as part of the core curriculum for the IM residency program
+ Provide mentorship to medical students and residents
