Adult Primary Care role 100% Outpatient at 1 Location Join existing team of

MD/DO + APP

+ Scribe, Medical AssistantCapped patient panel for work life balance

•spend more time with patientsRecently built clinics with on site labs

Schedule:

M-F 8a-5p

•NO Nights, NO WeekendsValue Based Care

•Emphasis on CARETypical day: 11-14 Patients per dayPACKAGEPartner Track available; Promotable PositionSalary range commensurate with exp. to $245k ;

+ Annual Quality Bonus 5 Weeks PTO ; Medical, Dental, Vision
