An award-winning health system and rural hospital seeks a traditional Family Medicine provider in a "Hidden Gem" lakeside community in southern
Nebraska:
- Join a collegial team of 3 physicians and 8 APP's
- Flexible scheduling options; your choice of a 3 or 4-day workweek, or 1 week on/off, 2 weeks on/off, etc.
- Maintain all skills with a full-scope practice (no obstetrics), including inpatient (low census), outpatient, and ER
- Support of fully equipped hospital with easy access to specialists
- Interest in procedures can be supported, if desired
- Up to a $500,000+ year-one package with competitive, ongoing base guarantee with no productivity pressure
- Up to $250,000 in student loan repayment, $50,000 sign-on, $30,000 retention, residency stipend
