Our client in New York is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 16-day assignment starting Sep 9, 2026. This role involves serving as the sole provider in a primary care clinic, focusing on acute cases, in-office procedures, and comprehensive family practice duties, including work compensation cases and front office tasks when necessary. Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the sole provider in a primary care clinic, caring for employees and their family members. Handle front office duties and blood draws if the Medical Assistant is unavailable. Manage normal family practice offices, primarily focusing on acute cases. Address possible workman's compensation cases, leveraging general knowledge in this area. Perform in-office procedures including mole removal, sutures, cyst removal, and in-grown toenail procedures. Conduct paps and well-woman exams. Exhibit experience with Work Compensation cases in the state of New York.
