Job Description

Locum Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) The Judge Group is seeking a contract Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) for an outpatient assignment in Groveport, OH from September 21, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Assignment Details Dates:

09/21/2026•12/31/2026

Schedule:

Monday•Friday | 8:00 AM•5:00

PM Compensation:

$125•$160/ hour

Travel:

May require occasional floating to other Columbus-area clinics Position Overview The physician will treat scheduled and walk-in patients in an outpatient occupational medicine and urgent care setting. Core duties include evaluating work-related injuries, performing regulatory physicals, and providing urgent care services. The physician will practice independently and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as needed.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Care:

Diagnose and treat occupational injuries, illnesses, and workers' compensation patients.

Urgent Care:

Provide medical services for walk-in acute care patients.

Physical Exams:

Perform DOT, pre-employment, surveillance, public safety, and return-to-work physicals.

Procedures:

Conduct office-based minor procedures within scope of practice.

Required Qualifications Education:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Licensure:

Active, unrestricted Ohio medical license and unrestricted DEA registration.

Certification:

DOT Medical Examiner Certification (must be active prior to the first shift).

Board Status:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
