Job Description

Description This contract-based, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care while contributing to our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care services, managing patient relationships, and ensuring that the highest standards of care are met. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Conduct routine check-ups and preventative care Develop personalized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Educate patients and families on health and wellness issues Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Family Medicine Valid medical license to practice in the state of Ohio Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting Strong diagnostic and treatment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous learning Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:30a-5p
Daily Volume:
18-22 patients Must be familiar with controlled substances/opioid issues
EMR:
Epic Board-certification required Paid travel & expenses
