Primary Care Physician - Beeville, TX - J-1 Waiver Sponsorship Available Join a Leading Value-Based Primary Care Team in Texas Provenir Healthcare is partnering with a nationally recognized healthcare organization seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care clinic in Beeville, Texas . This is an excellent opportunity to provide value-based primary care to a senior/Medicare Advantage population in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Physicians can focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and developing meaningful long-term relationships with their patients. Position Highlights J-1 Waiver Sponsorship Available Competitive base salary + bonus potential 100% outpatient primary care Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Average 13-15 patients per day eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR Senior/Medicare Advantage patient population Collaborative, team-based environment Focus on value-based care and quality outcomes Responsibilities Provide comprehensive adult primary care Care for a primarily senior/Medicare Advantage population Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Provide preventive care and chronic disease management Build lasting relationships with patients Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on value-based care Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active, unrestricted Texas medical license Value-based care experience preferred Candidates requiring J-1 Waiver sponsorship encouraged to apply Let me help you find your next practice opportunity!
