This is an excellent opportunity for a dermatologist looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a highly competitive production-based compensation model.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Part-time — 1-2 days per week Flexible scheduling 45

  • 50% of collections No salary cap Compensation is based strictly on collections generated from your patients General medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology Established practice with administrative and clinical support No need to build your own office or infrastructure

  • 50% of collections generated from your patient care.

This is a collections-only compensation model with no guaranteed salary. Your earning potential directly reflects your productivity and patient volume. For a dermatologist who values flexibility and wants the opportunity to earn based on production, this can be an attractive alternative to a traditional salaried position. Ideal Candidate Board-Certified Dermatologist Texas medical license or eligibility for Texas licensure Comfortable providing medical, surgical and/or cosmetic dermatology Patient-focused and committed to excellent care Interested in a flexible part-time opportunity Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for production-based earning potential Responsibilities Conduct thorough dermatological assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient population. Perform medical procedures including skin biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to individual needs. Stay current with advancements in dermatology through ongoing education and clinical research participation. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Skills Extensive knowledge of dermatology including medical imaging techniques relevant to skin conditions. Proficiency with EHR systems and medical records management for seamless documentation. Strong clinical skills in performing dermatological procedures and treatments. Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across various specialties such as family medicine, pediatrics, and plastic surgery. Familiarity with medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning within dermatology. Experience with patient assessment, education, and delivering compassionate care in outpatient or hospital settings. Knowledge of relevant regulations including HIPAA compliance and CPT coding for billing purposes.
