Practice Setting:

Hospital-based OB/GYN Hospitalist service

Schedule:

24-hour in-house shifts; per diem flexibility

Coverage:

Ongoing/per diem coverage

Patient Population:

Obstetric and gynecologic patients, including unassigned patients and high-risk pregnancies

Call:

In-house hospitalist coverage with private call responsibilities

EMR:

Hospital electronic medical record system

In-house anesthesiology 24/7, affiliated neonatologists and NNPs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and Level

Deliveries:

Approximately 1,700 deliveries annually Clinical Responsibilities Physicians will provide comprehensive hospital-based OB/GYN care, including: OB triage and admissions Attending deliveries and managing inpatient patients Covering the OB floor ER consultations for GYN emergencies Surgical assistance during cesarean sections Fetal monitoring and emergency response Care of unassigned patients This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced OB/GYN who wants the flexibility of locum tenens without sacrificing access to strong subspecialty and hospital support.
