This hospitalist role is designed to enhance patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring experienced physician coverage for inpatient obstetric care, while offering an excellent work/life balance. What you'll do Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, including management of obstetric emergencies. Collaborate closely with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to optimize maternal and neonatal outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and education. Schedule and compensation Full-time hospitalist position with a flexible, self-created schedule. Typically 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off). No call duties or office management responsibilities.

Salary range:
