Job Description

Join a collaborative team in Tooele, Utah, focused on delivering consistent, expert care to every pregnant patient who presents to the hospital. This hospitalist role is designed to enhance patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring experienced physician coverage for inpatient obstetric care, while offering an excellent work/life balance. What you'll do Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, including management of obstetric emergencies. Collaborate closely with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to optimize maternal and neonatal outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and education. Schedule and compensation Full-time hospitalist position with a flexible, self-created schedule. Typically 7-9, 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off). No call duties or office management responsibilities.
Salary range:
$300,000-$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package; potential bonuses based on scheduling and performance. Benefits Competitive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.
