We are seeking a full-time bilingual Family Practice Physician for outpatient care to join our compassionate healthcare team. Primary Duties & Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities listed herein represent the Essential Functions this position regularly and customarily performs. As such, this list is not intended to be exhaustive, and additional job-related duties that are similar in nature or logical extensions of the Essential Functions may also be performed. 1. Provides direct patient care as per contract with CHC, maintaining an adequate clinical volume to support the CHC mission. 2. Responsible for supervising APPs. This involves, but is not limited to, clinical teaching, providing direct feedback on patient encounters and signing charts. 3. May supervise residents or students, providing appropriate supervision and chart review. 4. Attends provider meetings and other meetings as required. 5. Completes patient records and billing for all direct patient care, completes all ancillary patient care tasks, and submits leave requests in accordance with the policies of CHC. Physicians will respond to requests for information regarding these issues in a timely fashion. 6. Participates as requested in Quality Assurance activities. Qualifications & Education Requirements 1. Physician is to be Board Eligible or Board Certified in respective specialty when hired. 2. If Board Eligible upon hire, within 18 months of hire, board certification is to be complete. After certification, the physician will meet CME and recertification standards for his/her specialty.
Position Also Requires:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Prolonged periods of standing and bending
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
  • Typical setting is a clinical patient-facing position
  • Typical setting is an office with moderate office noise level
  • Regular and reliable on-site attendance
Pay:
$226,600.00 per year
