$139.68 - $151.20 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: •

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8a-5p • Patients per day: 18 •

Practice Setting:

Federally Qualified Health Center •

Scope:

Outpatient Clinic •

State Licensure:

Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified or truly Board Eligible and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). •

Credentialing Timeframe:
