Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure Experience working in elementary, middle school, and/or high school settings Strong ability to conduct psychological assessments, interpret data, and provide recommendations Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Deep understanding of federal, state, and best practice guidelines relating to school psychology Experience in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans is highly valued Commitment to ethical standards and advocacy for all students

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor appropriate interventions Participate in multidisciplinary teams and support Response to Intervention (RTI) processes Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to students Facilitate social-emotional learning initiatives and crisis intervention as needed Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal requirements
