Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides comprehensive school psychology and behavior-analytic services to support the academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and educational needs of students.
The position conducts psychoeducational and behavioral assessments; develops and monitors evidence-based interventions and behavior support plans; provides consultation and technical assistance to staff and families; participates in the development, implementation, and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and other student support plans; provides counseling and educationally related mental health services as assigned; and collaborates with students, families, educators, administrators, and other service providers to promote positive student outcomes. BCBA provides services across general education and special education settings and supports District and school-site efforts related to positive behavioral interventions, crisis response, student support, and evidence-based practices.

Employees working a 90+% assignment are required to take at least single coverage health insurance with the Azusa Unified School District or provide proof of coverage through another group plan.
