Mon-Fri | 8AM-5PM Astrya Global is seeking a Licensed Psychologist for a full-time Behavioral Health Manager (QAPI) contract opportunity in Napa, CA. This leadership role oversees behavioral health quality, compliance, utilization review, data reporting, and documentation while supporting regulatory and Medi-Cal requirements. The Behavioral Health Manager will provide leadership across quality and operational functions, ensuring behavioral health services remain compliant, well-documented, and audit-ready. Ensure compliance with Medi-Cal and other regulatory requirements. Maintain audit readiness and coordinate external reviews. Lead quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans. Oversee utilization review, authorizations, and documentation standards. Strengthen Medi-Cal documentation and claiming practices. Monitor access, utilization, and performance data. Oversee required state reporting and data collection. Lead quality, utilization review, and administrative teams. Identify compliance gaps and implement workflow improvements.
