Job Description

Discover a rewarding opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting a small and close-knit charter school community serving kindergarten through eighth grade students. This contract role provides flexibility on a PRN (as needed) basis, making it ideal for professionals seeking to make a direct impact while balancing other commitments.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Valid credential as a School Psychologist Experience in school-based settings, ideally with K-8 populations Ability to conduct assessments and evaluations in accordance with state and federal guidelines Strong report writing skills Collaborative mindset for working alongside Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) Adaptability and comfort working in a very small school environment (15-16 students)
Your Role:
Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and student evaluations, including functional behavior assessments as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student learning, growth, and well-being Provide consultation and recommendations for interventions in collaboration with SLP and OT team members Prepare clear, organized, and actionable evaluation and assessment reports Support staff and families with resources and recommendations to address academic and social-emotional needs Maintain up-to-date records and facilitate compliance with relevant regulations and timelines
