Fox Therapy Services is seeking a thoughtful and talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct initial evaluations for pediatric clients. This is an assessment-focused position with no ongoing caseload management or weekly supervision requirements. The role generally involves completing a few hours of in-person observation and caregiver assessment for each case, followed by independently preparing the written assessment and individualized treatment recommendations on your own schedule. We are highly flexible regarding availability and workload. If you can contribute approximately eight hours per week—generally enough to complete one assessment—we would be happy to work with you. If you are interested in completing multiple assessments each week, we can accommodate that as well. This can be an excellent fit for a BCBA seeking supplemental income, a reduced schedule, or greater control over when and how much they work. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations for pediatric clients Complete direct observations in the clinic, home, school, or community, as appropriate Interview caregivers and gather relevant clinical and developmental information Administer and interpret behavioral assessment tools Review available records, data, and supporting documentation Develop individualized, medically necessary treatment recommendations Prepare clear, thorough, and clinically defensible assessment reports Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to obtain any additional information needed Complete reports within established payer and authorization timelines Maintain documentation in compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards What This Role Does Not Require No ongoing caseload management No recurring parent-training schedule No regular RBT supervision No fixed full-time schedule No expectation to be available throughout the traditional workweek Qualifications Active BCBA certification Strong assessment, clinical writing, and treatment-planning skills Experience evaluating and treating pediatric clients with autism and related developmental needs Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and consistently meet agreed-upon deadlines Collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach Ability to complete in-person observations within our service area (generally, a 30-minute drivetime surrounding Westlake Village) Why Join Fox Therapy?
