This full-time role offers 35 hours of professional involvement each week (excluding unpaid lunches), aligning with the academic calendar, including professional development days and parent-teacher conferences—about 185 days total.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of classroom experience required Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or in active process of obtaining (TEEs not accepted) Capability to provide CDE license or COOL with your resume; applications without this documentation will not be considered Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills Passion for supporting students' educational and emotional needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for student support services Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions Support students' mental health and behavioral development through targeted strategies Participate in professional development and school events as scheduled Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to a positive school environment This position offers the advantage of connecting deeply with a vibrant school community and making a real difference every day.
