Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Telehealth (Florida) About Silver Palm Health Psych Silver Palm Health Psych embeds psychologists and behavioral health specialists directly into medical settings throughout Florida while expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare through telehealth services. Position Summary Silver Palm Health Psych is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide telehealth psychological services to adult patients located throughout the State of Florida. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while delivering evidence-based psychological care to medically complex adults transitioning through rehabilitation, long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. The psychologist will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, rehabilitation professionals, and our internal interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and support emotional adjustment to illness, injury, and disability. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys practicing independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team of experienced psychologists and behavioral health professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms to adult patients throughout Florida Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments when clinically indicated Develop individualized treatment plans that support emotional adjustment, coping skills, and behavioral health goals Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief, chronic illness adaptation, caregiver stress, and other behavioral health conditions Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation teams, primary care providers, and referral sources to coordinate patient care Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with federal, state, payer, and organizational standards Utilize the organization's electronic health record (EHR) and documentation systems efficiently Participate in peer consultation, case conferences, and ongoing clinical education Adhere to all HIPAA, Florida Board of Psychology, and telehealth practice regulations Maintain productivity standards while delivering exceptional patient-centered care Qualifications Required Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program Active, unrestricted Florida Psychologist License (Required) Must be legally authorized to provide telehealth services to patients located within the State of Florida Excellent clinical interviewing, assessment, and psychotherapy skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team Preferred Experience working with medically complex adults, rehabilitation populations, hospital settings, or integrated behavioral health Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), or other evidence-based interventions Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible full-time and part-time schedules Fully remote work environment Structured onboarding and comprehensive training Weekly clinical consultation and peer support Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on clinical excellence and patient outcomes Schedule Full-time or Part-time Flexible scheduling available No commuting required Job Type Full-time Part-time Remote Benefits Flexible schedule Health Benefits Clinical consultation and mentorship Administrative support Education Doctorate (Required) PhD in Clinical Psychology PsyD in Clinical Psychology License/Certification Florida Licensed Psychologist (Required) Applicants must possess an active, unrestricted psychologist license issued by the State of Florida prior to employment.
