Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a real difference in the lives of students as a school psychologist in a dynamic educational environment near Fellsmere, FL. This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to support students, educators, and families while growing professionally in a collaborative setting. Hours typically run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, depending on school hours, allowing you a consistent weekday schedule. Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned based on your experience and preferences, ensuring you have the ability to make an impact where it matters most.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's or Specialist's Degree in School Psychology required Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred Strong knowledge of assessment tools, psychological testing, and data interpretation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct counseling and support services to students Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student success Support
MTSS/RTI
