Key Qualifications:
Valid and active Florida Department of Health Psychologist license required Demonstrated experience conducting educational and psychological assessments Prior school-based experience is highly desirable Proficiency in writing reports and providing recommendations for IEPs Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for multitasking between sites or assignments
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect psychological services across assigned campuses (itinerant role possible) Conduct evaluations, psychoeducational assessments, and participate in eligibility determinations Prepare and present thorough, data-driven evaluation reports Attend and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings with multidisciplinary teams Offer consultation to teachers, families, and administrators to support student achievement and wellness Collaborate on intervention planning and progress monitoring for students requiring additional supports This position offers the opportunity to work 35 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year, with assignments that allow you to impact students from various age groups and backgrounds.
