Are you a licensed Psychologist looking for an opportunity to combine clinical practice with forensic assessment and evaluation? We're seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our team in a role that brings together clinical care, psychological assessment, forensic evaluation, and behavioral health expertise. In this role, you'll provide individual and group psychotherapy while conducting comprehensive psychological and forensic evaluations, including competency evaluations and violence risk assessments. You'll contribute to individualized treatment planning, develop behavior management plans, and support behavioral modification programming. You'll also collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participate in quality assurance activities, supervise trainees, and provide education to staff and future psychologists. This is more than a traditional clinical role—you'll have the opportunity to practice at the intersection of clinical and forensic psychology. Your expertise will help inform treatment, support forensic decision-making, and promote positive outcomes for the individuals we serve. Whether you're conducting a forensic evaluation, leading a therapy group, developing a behavioral intervention, or mentoring the next generation of psychologists, your work will have a meaningful impact every day. What You'll Do Provide individual and group psychotherapy, including process and psychoeducation groups Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and testing, incorporating age-specific, developmental, and culturally responsive considerations Complete forensic evaluations, including competency to stand trial (CST) evaluations and violence risk assessments Provide expert testimony in court related to forensic evaluations and professional findings Participate in treatment team meetings and serve as a psychological consultant to the multidisciplinary team Develop and implement behavior management plans, oversee data collection, and evaluate outcomes to support behavioral interventions Supervise and mentor psychology interns, residents, and practicum students Provide education and training to employees to support high-quality, evidence-informed care Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations and services in accordance with professional and site standards Participate in quality assurance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Education Ph.D. or Psy.

D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university (required) Experience Completion of psychology internship and postdoctoral residency (required) At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required) Knowledgeable about care and treatment needs of individuals served of different ages and cultures. Licenses/Certifications Current license as a Psychologist in the state of practice (required) Any client-mandated certifications and/or training (required) Why Join Us?
