About Us She Psychiatry is a Des Moines-based psychiatric practice providing care rooted in identity and connection for women and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Our doctoral-trained team of MDs, DOs, and DNPs moves away from the traditional doctor-patient hierarchy, working as partners with the people we treat. We're now looking for a doctoral-level therapist to join our clinical team and bring that same philosophy to trauma-focused psychotherapy. About the Role We're seeking a licensed PhD or PsyD psychologist to provide meaningful, skillful trauma therapy to women and LGBTQIA+ clients, either in person at our Des Moines office or remotely to clients located in Iowa. This is a 1099 contractor position with compensation structured as a fee split, offering flexibility to build a caseload that fits your practice style and availability. You'll work alongside our psychiatric prescribers in a collaborative model, but you'll own your therapeutic approach — we're looking for someone with genuine skill and depth in trauma work, not a manualized, one-size-fits-all protocol.
