Full Time About the Position We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our behavioral health team. The psychologist will provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health concerns. This role is supported through funding from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)

• and is intended to attract experienced providers who are relocating to and establishing residency in our rural service area. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a competitive sign-on bonus/relocation bonus in exchange for a multi-year employment commitment . Eligibility requirements apply. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations Integrate assessment findings and develop individualized, practical recommendations Provide feedback to clients, parents, caregivers, and other relevant parties Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric and mental health therapy providers Participate in consultation and case collaboration when helpful Continue developing your areas of assessment expertise through training and professional development Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) from an accredited program. Current Iowa psychologist license or eligibility for licensure. Experience providing psychological assessment and/or psychotherapy. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Active, unrestricted license to practice in Iowa. DEA certification. BLS certification Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a clinical, hospital, community mental health, or private-practice setting. Training in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy. Experience administering and interpreting standardized psychological assessments.
