Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Strong understanding of assessment tools and special education processes Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students needs Interpret evaluation results and communicate recommendations to IEP teams Offer short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral supports Contribute to the development and review of IEPs and 504 plans Consult with teachers and parents to provide expertise on learning and behavior strategies Promote positive, inclusive school climates and address student challenges Stay current with professional best practices and continuing education
