Responsible for assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families to promote student well‑being. Earn up to $65 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess student mental health needs and conduct evaluations. Develop individualized intervention plans for students. Deliver counseling and support to students experiencing emotional challenges. Collaborate with teachers and parents to address behavioral concerns. Facilitate crisis interventions and safety planning. Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services. Conduct psycho‑educational assessments to inform instruction. Design and deliver professional development for school staff. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide consultation on school‑wide mental‑health initiatives. Analyze data to improve student outcomes and program effectiveness.
