Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their academic, social, and emotional development in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time contract opportunity is open to dedicated School Psychologists ready to bring their expertise to K-12 students across three locations. You'll have the chance to foster positive change, collaborate with engaged teams, and provide essential services that support student success.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field Previous experience with K-12 student populations preferred Strong understanding of assessment tools and intervention strategies Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to different school environments and diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop and implement individualized education and behavioral support plans Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute insights to student support teams Assist staff in crisis response, preventative interventions, and consultative services Maintain detailed records and report findings in compliance with school and state guidelines Travel between three educational sites to deliver consistent, high-quality support
