This position is open to travel professionals who are motivated to make an impact in a rewarding educational setting near Mission, KS. Collaborate alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth and well-being in a pediatric context.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active and unrestricted School Psychologist license required. Demonstrated experience in K-12 school environments within the past two years. Strong background in conducting psychoeducational assessments and implementing
MTSS/RTI
frameworks. Proficiency with consultation, behavioral intervention, and individualized education planning (IEP) processes. Exceptional communication skills when working with students, parents, and staff. Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in diverse school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and develop intervention strategies tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and mental health. Consult with faculty on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns, delivering evidence-based recommendations. Develop and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans in compliance with special education regulations. Support school-wide initiatives that promote safe and inclusive learning environments.
