An individual currently licensed by the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology in accordance with KRS Chapter 319 as a: Licensed Psychologist; or Licensed Psychological practitioner; or Certified Psychologist with Autonomous Functioning; or Certified Psychologist; or Licensed Psychological Associate; or An individual currently licensed by the Kentucky Board of Social Work in accordance with KAR 201 Chapter 23 as a: Licensed Social Worker; or Certified Social Worker; or Licensed Clinical Social Worker; or An individual currently certified as a school counselor by the Education Professional Standards Board An individual currently licensed by the KY Board of Licensed Professional Counselors as a: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor; or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Associate

JOB GOAL
Provide direct Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB) instruction and services to students as a result of the school team decisions through the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) process.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct SEB instruction and services to students as a result of the school team decisions through the MTSS process. Demonstrates a working knowledge and application of the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (which includes but not limited to Tier 1 SEL instruction and Tier 2 and 3 interventions including progress monitoring) and is a member of the school MTSS committee Maintain accurate and timely documentation including and not limited to session progress notes, contact logs, releases of information, and ongoing data Communicate regularly with school staff and parents on student needs, goals, and interventions, including academic progress or barriers Collaboration with outside providers and agencies. May be responsible for administering district crisis assessments following the district protocols Assist with transition of students between elementary and middle schools and middle to high schools Attend all required meetings, and attends and/or presides over other meetings as the supervisor designates Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
