Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maryland Licensed Psychologist to conduct comprehensive psychological and forensic evaluations for adolescents throughout Maryland. This position is specifically focused on psychological assessment, testing, interpretation, and report writing. We are seeking psychologists who are comfortable independently conducting comprehensive evaluations and producing thorough, objective, court-quality reports that can be used to guide treatment, placement, supervision, and legal decision-making. This is a flexible, PRN opportunity ideal for a psychologist with a strong background in psychological testing, forensic assessment, adolescent behavioral health, and/or court-ordered evaluations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations of adolescents. Conduct Transfer of Jurisdiction (TOJ)/transfer-waiver evaluations when assigned. Review referral materials and relevant educational, medical, behavioral health, social, legal, and collateral records. Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with adolescents and appropriate collateral contacts. Select and administer appropriate psychological assessment instruments based on the referral question and presenting concerns. Administer, score, interpret, and integrate standardized psychological testing. Assess cognitive functioning, personality and emotional functioning, behavioral health symptoms, trauma, risk factors, and other identified areas of concern. Integrate interview findings, collateral information, record review, behavioral observations, and testing results into a comprehensive clinical formulation. Identify appropriate

diagnoses when supported by the evaluation. Develop clear, clinically supported recommendations regarding treatment, additional evaluation, services, supervision, and other identified needs. Prepare detailed, objective, court-quality written evaluation reports within required timelines. Participate in clinical consultations, case discussions, or treatment-planning meetings when requested. Provide clarification regarding completed evaluations and recommendations when needed. Provide expert testimony related to completed evaluations if required. When applicable, experienced psychologists may also have opportunities to review evaluations and provide clinical supervision/oversight to a Psychology Associate. Assessment Experience We Are Seeking Candidates should have strong experience with comprehensive psychological assessment and be comfortable selecting and utilizing appropriate standardized instruments.

Experience may include:

Cognitive/intellectual assessment Personality assessment Trauma assessment and screening ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other symptom-specific screening Violence and behavioral risk assessment Adolescent forensic assessment Transfer/waiver or other court-related psychological evaluations Integration of multiple testing instruments into a comprehensive written evaluation We are particularly interested in psychologists who understand that this work goes beyond completing a clinical interview. Strong testing, interpretation, clinical formulation, and report-writing skills are essential. Qualifications Active Maryland Psychologist License in good standing. Minimum of two years of post-doctoral experience evaluating adolescents. Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations. Strong knowledge of psychological testing, assessment selection, scoring, interpretation, and integration. Excellent diagnostic and clinical formulation skills. Strong professional report-writing skills with the ability to produce detailed, objective, and defensible evaluations. Ability to work with complex adolescent behavioral health presentations. Experience with forensic, court-ordered, juvenile, correctional, or justice-involved populations strongly preferred. Experience completing transfer/waiver or similar forensic evaluations is highly desirable. Prior experience supervising Psychology Associates is preferred for psychologists interested in the supervision component.
