Join the practice at New Ulm Medical Center and provide evidence-based therapy and psychological services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Position Details:

As a psychologist at New Ulm Medical Center, you'll collaborate with primary care, specialty providers, and community resources to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. See patients across the lifespan Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams. Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy). Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and outcomes. Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed. Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable. Required Qualifications Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling Licenses/Certifications Licensed Psychologist

  • MN Board of Psychology required BLS Tier 1
  • Basic Life Support
  • Multisource required within 180 Days Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required

Pay Range Pay Range:

$125,000 to $140,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
