Your Role As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Testing/Assessment Specialist, you will: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, based on client needs and clinical necessity\nAssessment-only focus
no therapy caseload\nIntegrate findings across psychiatric, medical, psychological, and behavioral domains to develop client-focused clinical formulations\nProduce high-quality, integrative reports that include:\nDiagnostic clarity\nFunctional insights\nStrategic treatment recommendations\nProvide detailed psychological evaluation reports, summarizing findings and offering recommendations for treatment and enhancement of functioning and quality of life using evidence-based approaches\nPresent the findings of psychological testing to clients, families, and other professionals in a clear and understandable manner\nMaintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, psychological reports, and testing records/data\nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure continuity and quality of care\nUphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients What You'll Need Doctoral degree in Psychology and/or a related field (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology preferred)\nActive Minnesota Psychologist License•additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!
