Key Qualifications:
Current Missouri Department of Education certification as a School Psychologist Experience conducting special education and Child Find evaluations for K-12 populations Ability to manage a diverse caseload, with approximately 8-10 ongoing assessment cases at any time Expertise in collaborating with educators, families, and students in school settings Willingness to complete all district credentialing, including background checks and fingerprinting (TCN submission required), as well as technology compliance Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, or for a short-term period if preferred
Your Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for special education referrals and Child Find Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to interpret assessment data and inform IEPs Provide recommendations to support student learning and emotional development Consult with families, collaborating to promote student success through effective interventions Maintain accurate records and timely documentation to fulfill district requirements
