What You'll Do:
Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews Collaborate with multidisciplinary mental health teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates Conduct rounds in confinement areas to assess inmate mental health status Provide crisis interventions, counseling, and mental health support Gather information and coordinate with staff to address escalating behavioral or mental health issues
What You Need:
License:
Board eligible or licensed
Psychologist Experience:
Prior experience in mental health assessments and counseling
Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to perform under performance standards
Certifications:
BLS certification (current or pending), online license verification About the
