Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid School Psychologist certification or relevant state licensure Proven background working as a School Psychologist or Student Assistance Counselor at the secondary level Experience with crisis intervention, counseling, and case management within a school setting Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, students, and families Familiarity with developing individualized support plans and delivering student-centered services
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention services Implement programs that promote positive behavior, mental health, and student well-being Serve as a liaison between students, families, and community resources Assist in the development and monitoring of student support plans tailored to individual needs Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address student concerns and develop strategies for academic and personal success Provide staff development and consultation as needed Experience the satisfaction of supporting students at a pivotal stage in their personal development, knowing your work has a lasting impact.
