Job Description

Your work will help enhance student outcomes and well-being through focused intervention and collaborative assessment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a related field Valid New Mexico PED School Psychologist License Proven skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention strategies Strong commitment to student advocacy and success Ability and willingness to travel between campuses within the district Experience managing evaluation caseloads is highly valued Exceptional communication, organization, and time management capabilities

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments for an average of 30-40 evaluations Collaborate with educational teams, families, and administrators to design and implement effective intervention plans Deliver consultative services supporting academic and behavioral progress of students Help develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Travel between multiple school sites to provide consistent on-site services district-wide Maintain detailed documentation and comply with professional and legal standards This position is full-time, offering 37.5 hours each week, with an assignment running from ASAP through late May 2027.
