Tiny Transformations is a concierge pediatric therapy practice seeking an experienced, compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Island Park, NY . This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working independently, values meaningful relationships with students and school staff, and is confident managing a school based caseload. Position Details Part time, school based position Island Park Middle School Flexible scheduling within the school day Competitive compensation: $90 to $100 per hour , based on experience Compensation provided for annual CSE meetings and qualifying cancellations Caseload Small, established middle school caseload Individual and small group therapy services Opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and the CSE team to support student success

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a current New York State Occupational Therapy license Has pediatric and/or school based experience New Graduates welcome to apply - open to mentorship Is organized, dependable, and able to independently manage a caseload Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and excellent written documentation Communicates professionally with school staff and families Brings a warm, collaborative, and child centered approach to therapy Why Tiny Transformations?
