Yes 1 clinic per day . location varies daily About Us We are a growing neuropsychology and mental health practice dedicated to providing high-quality assessment and treatment services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, As well as post accident Clients. We are seeking a professional, organized, and compassionate Bilingual (Spanish/English) Practice Assistant to support our clinical team in our Satellite Clinics Position Summary The Bilingual Neuropsychology Practice Assistant will serve as a key member of our administrative team, assisting patients, providers, and referral sources across multiple office locations. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel between practice sites in all 5 Boroughs with a focus on offices in Suffolk County, Nassau County and Queens County. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide interpretation and translation support for Spanish-speaking patients and families. Aide in Translations services for providers while with clients Assist with patient intake, registration, and collection of required documentation. Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system. Coordinate communication with all CNP staff and other providers. Support neuropsychologists and clinical staff with administrative tasks. Travel between multiple office locations to provide operational support. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements. QualificationsRequired Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal). High school diploma or equivalent. reliable transportation. Willingness and ability to travel regularly between multiple office locations. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer systems. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare setting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Experience working in a medical, mental health, psychology, neuropsychology, or healthcare setting. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. EClinical Works Knowledge is a plus Experience working diverse populations. Physical Requirements Ability to travel frequently between office locations.
