Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with counseling, evaluations, and IEP processes for middle school-aged students preferred Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to middle school students Conduct initial assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations Chair CSE (Committee on Special Education) meetings and serve as a resource to staff and families Support classroom teams and contribute to positive behavior intervention plans Deliver crisis support and facilitate de-escalation strategies when needed
