We have a sustained and growing referral stream specifically for male clients in this developmental range, and we are looking for a clinician who can meet this demand with clinical depth, relational skill, and a strong therapeutic presence. This is a part-time position, with a target caseload of 12 to 15 clients per week, and carries clear potential to grow to full-time at 25 or more clients per week based on referral volume and fit. Clinical supervision is provided by the practice owner, M. Kim O'Connor, LCSW, and includes both individual and group supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of male adolescent (ages 12+) and emerging adult clients, with a focus onindividual psychotherapy
• Collaborate with families as a core component of treatment, integrating family systems principles into clinical work
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision with the practice owner
• Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation using SimplePractice
• Communicate professionally with referral sources, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriate
• Contribute to a collegial, collaborative team culture
• Support practice growth by building relationships with referral sources such as physicians, schools and colleges, and other mental health providers Qualifications Required
• New York State licensure or pre-licensure in good standing: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, orLMHC-LP
• Connecticut licensure or eligibility is strongly preferred, given the practice's client geography across Westchester County and the Greenwich, CT corridor
• Demonstrated clinical experience with male adolescents and young adults, including individual and family therapy
• Comfort and skill working within a family systems framework
• LGBTQIA+ affirming practice and cultural competence across diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal presence and capacity to build rapport with adolescent male clients
• Professional, reliable, and organized, with the ability to manage documentation and communication independently Qualifications Preferred
• Experience with emerging adult delays and transitions, including clients navigating stalled independence, academic disengagement, or vocational uncertainty
• Experience with ADHD and neurodevelopmental conditions, including differential assessmentand clinical management
• Knowledge of executive functioning and skill-building approaches for adolescents and young adults
• Background or interest in sports psychology, including work with student-athletes navigating performance, identity, and transition
• Familiarity with family therapy modalities and parent guidance

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
