Autism Assessments & Mental Health Therapy Evergreen Counseling is seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing private practice as an independent contractor (1099). This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys both psychological assessment and psychotherapy in a collaborative, supportive, and neurodiversity-affirming environment. The psychologist will conduct autism assessments for children and adolescents while also providing individual mental health therapy for children, teens, and adults (if desired) . Responsibilities Conduct autism assessments for children and adolescents as part of comprehensive autism evaluations. Complete assessment scoring, interpretation, and written reports. Provide individual outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with referring providers, schools, and other professionals as appropriate. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Ohio licensing regulations. Qualifications Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the State of Ohio. Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and adults. Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and interpersonal skills. Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered care. Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
