With a 37.5-hour workweek, you will play a critical role in helping young learners thrive and succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Qualifications:

Current and valid LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) license required Experience or interest in elementary caseloads Strong background in conducting psychoeducational and behavioral assessments Ability to develop and interpret evaluation reports for individualized education plans (IEPs) Comfortable collaborating with educators, administrators, and families Effective communication, consultation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Carry out comprehensive psychological evaluations, focusing primarily on assessments for elementary students Analyze assessment data to support accurate identification of student needs and eligibility for special education services Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to determine and support appropriate interventions and strategies Communicate assessment results to students, families, and staff, guiding the development of IEP goals and modifications Provide recommendations for education planning, positive behavior supports, and ongoing progress monitoring Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines This contract role offers the satisfaction of working in a supportive educational setting, providing invaluable assistance to students and school teams.
